If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, we are happy to review your request and offer a solution under our refund and return policy.
Service Returns
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you can request a refund within 7 days from the first access to the online materials or the start of the online course. To be eligible for a return, the service must meet the following conditions:
- The service should not have been fully used (for example, no more than 30% of the course material has been viewed).
- A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of accessing the service.
Note: A refund is only possible for online courses or materials that have not been fully used. If the material has been partially viewed or full access has been granted, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once the return request is submitted, we will process your refund and return the funds to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been confirmed.
Please note:
- Refunds are only possible for purchases made directly through our website.
- Any associated commission fees (if applicable) may not be refunded.
Exchanges and Service Replacement
If you would like to exchange your course for another or gain access to additional materials, please contact our customer support team. We will try to offer the best solution. However, if the course has been accessed, returns and exchanges may be limited.
Defective or Incomplete Materials
If you encounter technical issues, such as being unable to access materials or experiencing errors on the platform, please contact us within 7 days of accessing the materials. We will promptly resolve the technical issue or offer a refund for incomplete or defective materials.
